Position: Merchandiser

Reports to: Sales Manager

Compensation: Up to $40K including great incentives; also offering competitive benefits package!

We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Merchandiser to help keep our products stocked, organized, and looking their best at customer locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and building positive relationships with customers.

As a Merchandiser, you’ll work closely with our sales and delivery teams to make sure products are available, properly rotated, and displayed according to company and customer standards. You’ll spend most of your day in retail accounts and play an important role in how our brands show up in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Stock, rotate, organize, and merchandise beverage products at retail accounts.
• Build and maintain displays and install promotional and point-of-sale materials.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Become familiar with assigned accounts, including store layouts, products, and display areas.
• Build positive working relationships with store owners, managers, and other customer contacts.
• Work with Sales Representatives and other team members to execute promotions and merchandising plans.
• Help load trucks and prepare products for daily routes as needed.
• Provide route or delivery coverage when needed, which may include delivering products, collecting payments, rotating inventory, and completing required documentation.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, POS areas, and workspaces in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with weekend pull-ups, special events, and other business needs as scheduled.
• Safely handle products, coolers, draft equipment, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Follow all company safety, driving, alcohol, and operating policies.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Previous merchandising, beverage distribution, retail, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Friendly and professional when working with customers.
• Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. You must be able to:

• Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently bend, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in retail stores, warehouses, coolers/cold-storage areas, and outdoor environments.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is primarily a field-based position with daily travel to customer locations. The schedule may include early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special-event coverage based on business needs.
