Join our satisfied customers today!WHAT YOUR DAY AS A PLUMBING SERVICE ESTIMATOR LOOKS LIKEHere's the kind of work you'll be excited to dive into:Evaluate plumbing projects and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposalsAnalyze blueprints, project plans, and specifications to develop detailed estimatesConduct site visits to assess scope, conditions, and feasibilityCollaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricingPrepare and submit professional proposals for residential and commercial jobsSupport sales and operations by identifying scope, estimating costs, and shaping bid strategiesStay current on plumbing codes, cost trends, and industry standardsEvaluate bid opportunities and suggest cost-effective solutions or alternativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teamsMaintain organized records of all estimates and associated documentationWHEN YOU'LL WORK AS A PLUMBING SERVICE ESTIMATORThis full-time project estimating role works Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING SERVICE ESTIMATORWe'd love to hear from you if you:High school diploma or GED3–5 years of experience in plumbing estimating, construction, or a related fieldValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codesProficiency in estimating software (i.e., Housecall Pro) and Google WorkspaceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlinesBonus:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldTHIS COULD BE THE START OF SOMETHING GREAT!Ready to join a team where your work matters and your potential gets noticed?Let's talk.
