Responsibilities
  • Greet clients as they walk into the office, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage incoming calls, taking clear messages and directing inquiries to the right person.
  • Help organize physical and digital files so that our workflow stays smooth and efficient.
  • Assist with preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings and reviews.
  • Handle basic office errands and administrative tasks that keep our daily operations running well.
  • Support the team with scheduling appointments and ensuring our calendar is always up-to-date.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Clear and welcoming communication style for interacting with clients.
  • Comfortable learning and using office software for scheduling and data entry.
  • Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is helpful.
