No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, resources, and guidance to help the right candidate learn the industry, obtain their insurance license, and grow professionally within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them identify insurance solutions that meet their needs
• Learn and explain insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and service needs
• Develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills through hands-on training
• Follow up with leads and current customers to provide a high level of service
• Learn industry processes, systems, and best practices from experienced insurance professionals
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Property Casualty and Life Health licenses are preferred but not required. Licensing support is available for the right candidate.
• Motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help others
• Ability to accept coaching, take initiative, and work toward goals
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is a plus
