Join our team! We’re looking for an engaging, reliable, and enthusiastic in‑person assistant to support speech therapy services for students from pre‑kindergarten through high school. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with our Speech‑Language Pathologists.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• *Must be able to pass a background check with no disqualifying findings — 100%
• Valid driver’s license
• *Excellent attendance and time management

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining maximum availability to accept assignments
• Following the daily schedule provided by the therapist
• Assisting the Speech Therapist with materials needed for therapy sessions
• Maintaining a cooperative attitude with teachers and therapists
• Escorting students to and from therapy sessions
• Supervising students while they are online with the speech therapist
• Arriving on time based on the therapist’s schedule
• Upholding excellent attendance and time management
• Following the school dress code and maintaining professionalism
