What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Manager in daily operations and decision-making. - Supervising and motivating team members to deliver excellent service. - Ensuring quality control and consistency in product preparation. - Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop. - Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
