Commercial Projects Lead

Summary

The Commercial Projects Lead is responsible for running and improving The Cylinder Shop across in-store and online sales, with a primary focus on growing sales of pilot supplies and aviation offerings. The role starts with stabilizing operations and addressing gaps, then shifts to building a strong retail and e-commerce offering. This includes refining the product range, driving sales, ensuring a consistent experience across channels, and building B2B relationships.

· Ability to lift, move, and set up products and product displays.

Travel

Occasional travel to Daytona Beach may be required.

Preferred Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field

· 3-5+ years in retail management, preferably with e-commerce exposure

· Experience in pilot programs, concept stores, or store launches

· Business experience in the Aviation Industry.
