Responsibilities
Identify and engage with new potential clients across the Hartford region to expand our policyholder base.
Design customized risk management strategies that address the specific needs of local individuals and business owners.
Present insurance solutions clearly, focusing on long-term value rather than short-term transactions.
Maintain an active presence in the local community to represent The Atlantic District and foster professional partnerships.
Collaborate with the internal leadership team to refine our outreach strategies as we scale our operations.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their coverage evolves alongside their changing life circumstances.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in Connecticut.
Minimum of three years of direct sales experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a growing pipeline of business.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within professional circles.
High level of proficiency with CRM software and digital documentation platforms.
Deep familiarity with the local Hartford business landscape.
