For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.comPOSITION SCOPE The Contract Administrative Support role supports subcontract administration, subcontractor payment processing, and labor compliance activities for heavy civil construction projects. This position works closely with project teams, accounting staff, and subcontractors to ensure documentation, payments, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time..PRIMARY DUTIESPrepare and send subcontracts and related documents via DocuSign or similar platforms based on provided informationMaintain organized digital filing systems for contracts and supporting documentationComplete standard, routine industry forms with accuracyReview subcontractors pay applications for completeness and compare submitted billings against subcontract terms, schedules of values, and approved contract amountsTrack subcontract balances, change orders, retainage, and supporting payment documentationDistribute executed documents to internal teams and external partnersEnsure all contracts are properly signed, saved, and routed to appropriate partiesAssist with processing subcontractor pay applications, including tracking submissions and supporting documentationAssist with basic reporting and data entry in systems such as B2G, ADOT DOORS, or similar agency platformsSupport subcontractor labor compliance efforts, including collecting and tracking certified payroll documentationHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow defined processes and complete tasks from start to finishExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign or similar document management systems preferredFamiliarity with LCP Tracker, B2G/ADOT DOORS, or similar reporting systems is a plusExposure to subcontractor labor compliance, certified payroll, or wage determinations is a plusDOT (Department of Transportation) agency experience is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is often requiredFisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are a drug-free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
