Responsibilities
Lead and inspire our team of insurance professionals to reach their full potential and achieve consistent results.
Establish clear, attainable goals for the sales department while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Coach staff members on effective relationship-building techniques and consultative sales approaches.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and refine our market strategy.
Collaborate with the leadership team to recruit and onboard new talent who share our commitment to client service.
Represent The Atlantic District in the Elizabeth community, building strong partnerships and trust.
Requirements
Valid NJ Property & Casualty and Life & Health Producer Licenses.
Five or more years of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
Demonstrated track record of developing talent and meeting growth targets.
Deep knowledge of insurance products and market trends in the New Jersey area.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Prior experience with agency management software and digital sales platforms.
