Senior Millwright & Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician
Job Description
Sunrise in Sheboygan, WI. You clock in, scan the preventive maintenance queue, and head to the line where a conveyor is calling for attention. A quick listen and a thermal check tell you a bearing is on its way out. You plan the swap, align the motor, and have the line humming again. Before lunch, you trace a hydraulic pressure drop to a faulty relief valve, rebuild it, and verify settings. In the afternoon, you help position and level a new CNC fabrication unit, read mechanical prints to route utilities, and fabricate a small bracket to complete an install. You finish your shift by updating PM records and walking past an industrial oven and a robotic welding cell you tuned last week—still running smooth.
