Full-Time, primarily weekday school hours

Position Overview

Bond Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Services are provided primarily in a center-based and preschool setting during regular school hours, offering a predictable schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.

  • Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.

  • Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.

  • Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.

  • Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.

  • Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.
