Outpatient Registered Nurse – ENT and Procedural Care
HealthYes Talent Partners is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse for a full-time outpatient opportunity with a specialty medical practice in Broward County. This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys direct patient care, assisting with office-based procedures, and working closely with physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Provide pre- and post-procedure monitoring
- Prepare examination and procedure rooms
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures
- Administer medications as ordered
- Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control protocols
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Coordinate patient flow and document care accurately in the electronic medical record
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- ENT, ambulatory surgery, outpatient, or procedural-care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-education skills
- Comfortable assisting with office-based procedures
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
