Position Overview

Carry On Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide clinical oversight and ABA services to clients throughout Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys collaborating with families, RBTs, and a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Review client data and make data-based clinical decisions

  • Provide parent and caregiver training and collaboration

  • Ensure services meet BACB ethical guidelines and company policies

  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Range: $65 – $80 per hour

  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time available

  • Shifts: Flexible based on availability

  • Location: Remote – serving clients throughout Tennessee

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required

  • Tennessee Medicaid ID required

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical judgment skills

  • Passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
