We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint and coatings

- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools

- Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards

- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures

- Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and smoothness

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings

- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and safety procedures

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Good physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments and conditions

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Related experience (required)
• Ability to safely use both hand tools and power tools
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
