Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an experienced General Construction Operator for a growing construction company in Louisville, Kentucky. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual with a strong background in general construction who can work independently while delivering quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials according to project specifications.
- Assist with framing, demolition, remodeling, repairs, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Inspect tools and equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in general construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and lumber.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
- OSHA 10 Certification is an asset but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction work.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
