Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Help with the troubleshooting of plumbing issues and provide solutions under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment for plumbing jobs.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure job satisfaction.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance plumbing skills and knowledge.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior plumbers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in a plumbing or construction environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment is advantageous.
