RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with daily office operations
- Assist business owner with projects, events and community interaction
- Assist with quoting needed products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred in a business office environment
- Ability to complete business hiring assessment
- Ability to become fully licensed if not already in Auto/Home/Life/Health in any of these 3 States: IN/OH/KY
- Can show continued individual career growth
