Job Description

This opportunity offers full-time and part-time flexibility within a collaborative clinical environment dedicated to diagnosing and managing endocrine and metabolic disorders while supporting patients through long-term disease management and preventive care.
Clinic Overview:- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Monday – Friday schedule with flexible scheduling options
- Outpatient-focused endocrinology practice with potential inpatient consults as applicable
- Collaborative practice with Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Mix of clinic-based patient care, including endocrine evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up visits
- Focus on diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, osteoporosis, and other endocrine diseases
- 2027 Endocrinology residents/fellows are welcome to apply
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship
- Candidates completing Endocrinology training in 2027 are encouraged to apply
- Active or eligible New York State medical license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills in endocrine diagnostics, chronic disease management, and patient education
