Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Until 5:50 PM and some Saturdays as needed

Position Overview
We are seeking a strong, dependable Production Mixer/Material Handler to join our manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This position involves manually loading a production mixer with fertilizer materials and supporting the production process. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and repeatedly lifting 50-pound bags throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and feed fertilizer mix/materials into a production mixer
- Repeatedly lift and handle bags or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Measure, stage, and prepare materials for production
- Monitor the mixing process and communicate any issues to the supervisor
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and other production duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Perform quality checks and ensure materials are properly handled
- Work efficiently to keep production running on schedule
- Assist coworkers and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Must be willing to work mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays
