Sales Porter/Lot Attendant
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Sales Porter/Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle arrivals and departures, maintaining the parking lot, and providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle. Previous dealership or retail experience is a plus, along with familiarity with parking management. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and depart from the dealership
- Assist with vehicle movement within the lot, including parking and retrieving vehicles for customers
- Ensure the parking area is clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Drive dealership vehicles safely, including those with manual transmissions
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding vehicle status and customer needs
- Assist with delivery of vehicles to customers or other locations as required
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to all parking regulations
Skills
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Previous dealership experience
- Delivery driver experience is beneficial for supporting dealership logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
