Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor adolescent inpatients; develop and update individualized care plans with the treatment team.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses; respond to crises and provide de-escalation as trained.
- Document patient status, progress, and care activities in the electronic medical record; communicate effectively with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in rounds, handoffs, and discharge planning; coordinate with psychiatry, social work, nursing, and ancillary staff.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a therapeutic, respectful, and trauma-informed environment for patients.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, unit policies, and evidence-based practices in behavioral health inpatient care.

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
- 2+ years of RN experience in adolescent behavioral health inpatient care
- Current BLS certification; CPI or MOAB (or equivalent) required
- EMR experience; Cerner experience preferred
- Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule and to float to affiliated sites as needed
- RTO (time off) must be requested and included at submission
- Education: RN degree; license must be in good standing
