What You'll Do:

Depending on your area of expertise and experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Lead and perform audit, tax, accounting, or consulting engagements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other client deliverables.
  • Conduct technical research and analyze accounting, tax, and financial issues.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships by providing exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with managers, partners, and team members to deliver high-quality client engagements.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to Staff Accountants and interns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service, engagement efficiency, and internal processes.
  • Continue developing your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and professional skills.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Three or more years of public accounting experience preferred.
  • CPA license or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Audit, CAS/Consulting, or Tax.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams.
