• Schedule: Flexible schedules (Suggested 12 out / 2 home for peak earnings).

Extra Earnings: Become a Driver Trainer

Earn up to $20,000+ extra per year mentoring new drivers:

• Guaranteed Trainer Base: $250/week minimum just for training.

• Mileage Bonus: Extra $0.05 CPM on all weekly miles above 1,875.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CDL License: Valid Class A CDL (Must be 21 years or older).

• Experience: Minimum 90+ days of solo verifiable OTR experience.

• Driving Record: Clean MVR (No DUI within the last 5 years; No SAP program history).

• Screening: Must pass standard DOT physical and drug/alcohol screens.
