As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and providing needs-based selling of Auto, Home and Life Insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
• Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
• Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
• Meet established marketing activities goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
