PART-TIME CLEANING TECHNICIAN

$13.50/hr | Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 12 - 15 hrs/week

Start time: No later than 4:45 PM (required)
Hours per week: 12 -15
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, consistent schedule
ABOUT THE ROLE
DNC Facility Services is hiring a reliable, detail-driven professional to maintain an office space in Nacogdoches, TX. This is a solo position that requires a high level of trust, consistency, and personal accountability. The person in this role maintains a clean, organized, professional space without direct supervision.
This is not a basic cleaning role — it's a trust-based position for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors with attention to detail
- Ensure all areas are left organized, presentable, and inspection-ready
- Follow all site-specific procedures and security expectations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extremely reliable and punctual — consistency is critical
- Strong eye for detail and presentation
- Works independently with discipline and structure
- Takes full ownership of the site — not just completing tasks, but maintaining a standard
- Understands the importance of discretion and professionalism in a secure environment
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
