We're looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to build a real career in real estate. New agents joining our team receive hands-on training, mentorship and coaching from experienced agents, and the systems to help you get into production quickly.

Responsibilities:
Prospect for and generate new leads
Build relationships with buyers and sellers in your market
Guide clients through the home buying or selling process from start to close
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and script practice
Industry-based technology to manage your contacts, transactions, and marketing
Qualifications:
Active Kansas real estate license
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and coachable
Comfortable with a commission-based income structure
