Business Development Representative

**Do you love talking to people, building relationships, and winning? **We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help businesses solve their staffing needs and bring new clients through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Hunt for new business and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Make 175 sales calls per week.
• Bring in a goal of 2+ new clients each week.
• Build and manage your Top 20 Hit List of dream prospects.
• Ask questions, listen, uncover needs, and show businesses how we can help.
• Work closely with our recruiting team to make sure clients get what they need.
• Grow existing relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Plan your week, manage your territory, and keep your pipeline moving.
