Rosewood Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 146-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Broomall, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team!

Job Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Environmental Services, the ideal candidate will perform assigned floor tech duties within established quality care and service standards. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing public and private areas, adhering to established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Clean and service public and private areas, prioritizing tasks in accordance with established protocols and supervisor direction
• Follow established housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech
• Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of satisfaction among residents and families
