Top Cuts Lawncare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support efficient operations by ensuring the right parts are available when and where they’re needed.
Position SummaryThe Parts Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing parts in an accurate and timely manner. This role helps keep jobs on track by maintaining organized inventory, verifying stock levels, and supporting smooth coordination between field teams and the shop.
You will play a key role in tracking inventory movement, addressing part requests, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on, onsite environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies while maintaining accurate records.
Pick, pack, and distribute parts to internal customers, ensuring correct items and quantities.
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, identifying shortages, and initiating replenishment needs.
Track parts usage and returns, documenting adjustments and resolving discrepancies.
Support an organized, efficient work area by following established storage and labeling practices.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify items and quantities.
Basic understanding of inventory organization and the importance of accurate recordkeeping.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams to fulfill part requests efficiently.
Comfort with hands-on work in an onsite setting, including lifting and moving parts as needed.
Dependable work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or supply coordination roles.
Familiarity with basic inventory tracking practices and cycle counting.
Experience supporting field operations or service teams through logistics and parts fulfillment.
Strong problem-solving skills, especially when inventory discrepancies arise.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Hourly rate: $16 - $22
