RN Nursing Supervisor

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at 395 Lakeside Boulevard, Bayville, NJ 08721.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care

• Provide clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are provided

• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding changes in condition and care needs

• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans

• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition

• Review nursing documentation and ensure accurate and timely charting

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff

• Help maintain a safe, professional, and resident-focused environment

• Active New Jersey RN license

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and motivate nursing staff

• Strong knowledge of nursing standards and regulations

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
