Enrollment Specialist (CONTRACT Opportunity)

Location: Tulsa, OK Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite 7- month Contract Assignment Pay Rate DOE: $18-20/hr.

System One is hiring an Enrollment Specialist for a contract opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in Tulsa. If you have healthcare administrative, enrollment, insurance, or medical office experience and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Process and review enrollment applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Create and maintain customer eligibility records within the enrollment database.
  • Generate customer correspondence and distribute enrollment-related information.
  • Review enrollment documentation to determine processing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and records.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external customers regarding enrollment status and questions.
  • Meet daily quality and production goals.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in a healthcare organization, insurance company, or medical group preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare enrollment, eligibility, insurance, or medical office administration is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to successfully complete a Healthcare Sanctions background check.
