Toyota Master Technician ($5K Sign-On Bonus)

Joseph Airport Toyota is looking for an experienced Toyota Master Technician to join our high-volume service team.

Earn up to $102,000+ per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Flat-rate pay ranges from $34–$38 per flat-rate hour, depending on Toyota certifications and ASEs.

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns involving engines, transmissions, electrical systems, drivability, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and hybrid systems
• Perform advanced diagnostics using Toyota factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Perform warranty repairs according to Toyota manufacturer guidelines
• Accurately document repairs, findings, and recommendations
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
• Assist and mentor apprentice and junior technicians as needed
• Stay current on Toyota technology, repair procedures, certifications, and manufacturer training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Previous experience as a Toyota Master Technician, Master Automotive Technician, or experienced dealership technician
• Toyota certifications strongly preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Toyota repair experience preferred
• Hybrid vehicle experience is a plus
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
