Weekend Baylor RN (Days) - Home Health - 3 Days or 4 Days

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing visits on F/Sat/Sun (12 hour) day shifts or F/Sat/Sun/Mon (10 hour) day shifts.

• Per Visit Rates: $50 – $140
• Competitive compensation based on visit type and experience
• Rockdale, Newton, Henry counties and surrounding area

Position Summary

The Baylor RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient education, coordination of care, and timely documentation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities

• Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes
• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer treatments and provide disease management education
• Monitor medication compliance and patient progress
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately complete electronic documentation in a timely manner

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
