Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, from initial outreach to long-term portfolio management.

Analyze existing policy structures to identify coverage gaps and offer proactive solutions.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings in Reading.

Coach and support junior staff members to foster a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.

Lead complex renewal negotiations, ensuring client needs remain the priority while maintaining agency profitability.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and policy modifications.


Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Documented track record of successfully managing and growing an insurance book of business.

In-depth understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital policy systems.

Demonstrated ability to mentor junior agents or manage a small team.

Excellent verbal communication skills for navigating high-level client negotiations.
