Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA) to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a Behavior Technician (ABA), you will work closely with our clinical experts to develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans for our clients. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help our clients achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians
Conduct in-home behavioral therapy sessions with clients and their families
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with clinical team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Completion of Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and passing of RBT exam
Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
