Summary:
This position serves as client point of contact for heavy equipment sales and rentals.
Job Duties:
- Receive and respond to client service requests
- Utilize technical knowledge to understand client needs and resolution
- Educate and respond to questions regarding products, parts, service and warranty options
- Review repair history to identify options
- Direct service requests to proper department
- Collaborate with clients on timely preventative maintenance
- Manage client experience with follow-up communication
- Monitor and respond to call, text, email in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED (College preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in service advisor, client support or related field
- Computer skills
- Previous experience with heavy equipment dealer/service
Job Location: Lihue
Starting Pay: $63,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
