Responsibilities

Lead the development of new business relationships throughout the Lusby community and surrounding areas.

Guide prospective clients through our suite of coverage options to ensure they have the protection they actually need.

Identify gaps in existing portfolios and offer thoughtful, proactive solutions for our current policyholders.

Maintain active communication with underwriters and agency partners to ensure smooth policy processing.

Foster a culture of excellence and care within the office to maintain our high standards of service.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Maryland.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level client management.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to groups.

Proficiency in digital agency management systems and standard office software.

Ability to build professional networks within the local Maryland region.
