What You'll Be Doing

As a Barback, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Supporting bartenders during busy shifts by preparing mixers and collecting used glassware.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Providing excellent support to the team to enhance the overall guest experience.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy items, as this role involves physical tasks.
