Auto Service Writer

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Auto Service Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet Customers and provide excellent customer service.
Listen to Customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians.
Provide estimates and explain recommended repairs.
Schedule appointments and keep customers updated on repair progress.
Process invoices and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive service writing or customer service experience
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basis knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance
Professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
