Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing service department
Review jobs and tickets with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements
Coordinate with Dispatch to maximize productivity
Ensure technicians are fully equipped with tools, parts, and materials
Monitor performance, efficiency, and job completion
Track special-order parts and schedule follow-up work
Use ServiceTitan to analyze performance, sales, and labor metrics
Oversee technician time tracking for payroll accuracy
5+ years of service management or similar leadership experience
Licensed Journeyman Plumber (preferred)
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
