We are seeking a highly creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team opening in greater Philadelphia. and scale in into NJ, NYC, Miami , and other markets , This role is perfect for a talented chef with extensive experience in high-end, elevated Chinese and Malaysian cuisine. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a diverse menu featuring elevated Chinese and Malaysian dishes.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to create unique dining experiences that reflect our brand.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain inventory and manage food costs, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in high-end restaurant environments, preferably in large cities such as NYC, Chicago, DC, Miami, or Philadelphia.
• Strong background in Chinese and Malaysian cuisine, with a creative approach to menu development.
• Experience cooking overseas in Europe and China markets is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
