Job Summary
Kuza Prep cooks are responsible for maintaining proper pars on all prep items. This role supports all BOH positions by ensuring workspaces, equipment, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times.
Primary Focus
%CF; Kitchen prep done efficiently
%CF; Supporting cooks and chefs through efficient back-of-house operations.
%CF; Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
%CF; Maintain cleanliness when prepping
%CF; keeping adequate pars of food prep
Skills & Qualifications
%CF; Prior BOH prep experience preferred but not required.
%CF; Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
%CF; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
%CF; Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
%CF; Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
