What You'll Do

As a Barista at Alta Bakery and Cafe, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly crafted drink. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with precision and care.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Assisting with daily operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team with tasks such as restocking supplies and assisting in other areas as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the job requirements.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of barista or related experience.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
