Hair Stylist

Crystal Springs Resort, home to two award-winning luxury spas in Northern New Jersey and recognized among the Top 100 Spas in America, is seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Hair Stylists to join our growing salon team.

We are looking for talented, passionate professionals who can provide a full range of salon services and create exceptional experiences for our guests. Ideal candidates are well-rounded stylists with strong technical skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey Cosmetology License
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Experience with bridal styling
• Proficient in color services, cutting, treatments, and blowouts
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Flexible schedule required

Current Availability Needed:

• Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Compensation:

• Hourly rate + commission + tips
