It's important that our Scoopers are able to multitask, handling multiple orders simultaneously and keeping all the customers satisfied.
Some of the main responsibilities of an ice cream scooper in our shop are to greet the customers, process orders, scoop the ice cream, serve the guests in a friendly and professional manner, and operate the cash register.

We are looking energetic personalities and smiling faces! As a Scooper at TC's you will be required to:
- Welcome EVERY customer by saying "Welcome to TC's
- Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve ordered treats
- Scoop, scoop and scoop some more
- Wiping down and sanitizing counters and tables properly throughout the day
- Operating the cash register and handling money/credit cards/gift cards
- Answering customer questions
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the store
- Stocking items
- Following all the policies and procedures of our manual
Scooper/Cashier Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have ServSafe Food Handler certification or complete certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be able to learn how to operate the cash register
- Must be available evenings, weekends and occasionally on holidays
- Must be a team player
- Must be responsible and flexible
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
