Heavy Duty Parts Specialist
Location: Wilson, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
Heavy Duty Truck Supply is a growing provider of heavy-duty truck parts, equipment, and service solutions throughout the Southeast. We partner with commercial fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, contractors, and trucking companies to deliver the parts and support they need to keep their equipment operating at peak performance.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Parts Specialist to join our Wilson, North Carolina, team.

$19.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Estimated annual earnings: $39,520-$58,500 (based on a 40-45-hour workweek)

As the Heavy Duty Parts Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by identifying the right parts, supporting purchasing decisions, and helping ensure equipment stays on the road.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing heavy-duty truck parts
- Providing product recommendations and technical support related to parts compatibility
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
- Managing inventory levels and monitoring product availability
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Researching and resolving parts, inventory, and order discrepancies
- Staying current on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand existing customer relationships
- Supporting overall branch growth through exceptional customer service and proactive sales efforts
- Previous experience in heavy-duty truck parts sales, logistics, or a related industry is required
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and components
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on sales growth
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Experience using inventory management systems and sales software is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
