Position Summary
The Shop Associate plays a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This position supports our office staff, technicians, and customers by assisting with administrative duties, maintaining an organized shop environment, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and updating customers on repair status.
- Scan, file, and organize repair documents.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts deliveries.
- Assist with inventory organization and parts returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized office, customer lobby, and work areas.
- Coordinate vehicle check-ins and deliveries.
- Help ensure repair files are complete and accurate.
- Support estimators, technicians, and management with daily tasks.
- Run local errands as needed using a company or personal vehicle (if applicable).
- Assist with quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Professional attitude with a positive, team-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Automotive or collision repair experience (not requiredwe're willing to train the right candidate).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
