Position SummaryThe Clinical Operations Coordinator serves as the clinical operations leader for the Physician Extender Service (PES). The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical oversight of Engagement Specialists, validates AI-assisted documentation, reviews moderate-risk patient encounters, coordinates physician escalation when indicated, and supports quality assurance and continuous improvement. The RN complements-but does not replace-the patient's existing healthcare team and serves as the clinical bridge between Engagement Specialists, consulting physicians, and the patient's treating provider.
