Pita Kitchen in Surprise is hiring a Shift Lead who can take charge of daily operations and keep the team focused and productive. This is a hands-on leadership position in a busy Mediterranean restaurant where strong shift management makes a real difference.

You will oversee the shift, support staff across stations, ensure standards are met, and help create a smooth experience for both guests and the team. The right person will be organized, decisive, and ready to lead by example.

What the role involves:

• Directing the team and managing the flow of service
